Purchasing a Puppy

Thank you for your interest in one of our puppies. We strive to make the adoption process simple, transparent, and enjoyable for every family.

Puppy Purchase Price

Our current puppy purchase price is $800.00.

The purchase price includes:

  • Full registration

  • First round of vaccinations

  • Deworming treatments

Payment Schedule

To reserve a puppy, we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Puppies are selected in the order deposits are received.

The remaining $700.00 balance is due when you pick up your puppy.

Staying Updated

We post updated puppy photos and videos each week on our Current Litter page so families can follow the puppies' growth and development.

We are happy to communicate via email; however, we may request at least one phone conversation before finalizing a puppy purchase.

Puppy Selection Process

Our puppy selection process is designed to help families get to know each puppy as they grow.

How It Works

  • Weekly videos and individual puppy photos are posted so you can monitor each puppy's development.

  • Families are encouraged to begin making their selections when the puppies are approximately 4 weeks old.

  • When it is your turn to choose, we will contact you directly.

  • Puppy selections are made in the order deposits are received.

Puppy Pickup

Once the puppies are ready to join their new families, we arrange pickup at the park in Regent, North Dakota.

Delivery Options

We understand that not every family lives nearby. Recently, we successfully arranged puppy deliveries for families in Florida and Missouri. Based on their positive experiences, we are pleased to offer delivery services through Gun Dog Express to areas within their service network.

Families reported that their puppies arrived healthy, happy, and in excellent condition.

If you live a considerable distance away and are interested in delivery, please contact us to discuss available options and determine whether delivery through Gun Dog Express is available in your area.

Health Agreement

By submitting a deposit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

All deposits made to reserve a puppy are nonrefundable.

Each puppy will receive a health examination and certification from our veterinarian before leaving our care. The puppy is guaranteed for 72 hours following delivery or pickup against health problems.

We strongly recommend that the buyer have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the first 72 hours after travel. The buyer is responsible for the cost of this examination and any additional procedures or treatments performed by the buyer’s veterinarian.

If the puppy is found to have a serious health condition during this 72-hour period, the buyer must provide a written report from a licensed veterinarian. Upon return of the puppy to us, the purchase price will be refunded in full. Shipping and transportation expenses are not refundable. The puppy must be returned before any refund will be issued.

If the puppy dies suddenly, a necropsy must be performed at the buyer’s expense. The seller will only be responsible if the necropsy determines that the death resulted from a congenital condition.

If a hereditary defect develops within the puppy’s first year of life and is severe enough to make the puppy unsuitable as a companion animal, the puppy must be returned to us along with its original registration papers. In this situation, the buyer will receive first choice of a replacement puppy when one becomes available. No cash refund will be provided.

Crimson Crown Beagles shall not be held responsible for any health issues affecting the puppy after the puppy leaves its care, except as expressly stated in the agreement above.
